usually we will process and ship your parcel within 24-48 hours after payment , it will take maybe 3-9 days to arrived to your door;

1, Does the price included shipping cost at your site?

  Yes,Our new page offer free shipping when order over $200,   if the order less than $200 buyer need to paid $25 on shipping;

2, Does the price included Customs Fees?

No, the shipping cost only for shipping and delivery,   usually you don’t need to any Customs fees;

3, Are there Customs problems ?
We will posted your package as personal gifts or sample, lower value less in $25 and weight  less than 10Kg;
usually there is not any problem in customs(we have many packages everyday)

if the package STOP by Customs, it will different to resend the package:

STOPPED at  Our Customs:  we will resend your package 100% FREE again
Stop by buyer Local Customs:  Buyer need to paid 80% of total again to Resend the package;
